I have been going to Amber Dental for years, our entire family has and we’ve had nothing but top-notch superior service and they treat you like family. If you need a dentist, this is the place to go!

Watch out for deceptive billing practices. I gave them my insurance several days before my visit to confirm I had insurance coverage. I was assured I was covered before I started my visit. During my visit I was asking if wanted some extras (xray etc). I stated only if it was covered by my insurance. Again I was told I was covered. A month after the visit however, I recieved a bill for just short of $600. Call the office and I was told that I was not covered and the office doesnt enrole in any dental networks. When I asked why I was told repeatedly that I was covered I was told "you were covered the insurance company paid some of the bill" (roughly $200 of an $800 total bill). This office acts deceptively when confirming insurance coverage and they issue deceptive bills as well. My bill stated my insurance paid only $117 but the Bill fails to acknowledge the additional $71 co pay (highest cost pay fee I've ever seen) they recieved from my insurance as well. Be cautious when choosing this dentist. Make sure you are covered. They will tell you that you are covered when they know you are not. Even if you are be assured that this dentist will be billing your insurance the maximum in service fees. Sad because I've been a customer for almost 10 years. Never had an issue until I recently changed insurance companies due to an employment change.

I was referred by others that have gone here, and I am so happy and comfortable with this office so far!!
From the time I called to ask questions on the phone, which initially got me to make the appointment, because of the great way I was treated on the phone..... to me leaving with appointments to come back and get my crowns done.
I'm thankful for the referral because I may have found the gem I needed.
