So thankful for Dr. Alexa Pulli and the team at Brush. Called with an emergency broken tooth for my son and they had him in the chair being seen within the hour. Referred me to an endodontist who had the tooth repaired within 3 hours. Dr. Alexa was calming and reassuring the entire time. Wonderful dentist!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Experience! I can’t say enough good things about Brush Pediatric Dentistry! My daughter recently needed a cavity filled, and they used the new SoAn Sleeper One 5 system to numb her tooth — it was amazing! She felt no pain at all, and the best part was there were no side effects afterward. No droopy lip, no numb cheek — she walked out smiling and completely comfortable. The entire team was gentle, kind, and so reassuring, explaining everything in a way that made my daughter feel calm and confident. As a parent, it was such a relief to see her have a pain-free, positive dental experience. We’re so grateful for the care and innovation at Brush Pediatric Dentistry — they truly go above and beyond to make kids feel safe and happy. Highly recommend them to any parent looking for exceptional pediatric dental care! 💙🦷

The staff was kind, but the real issue was being rushed into Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) immediately after a cleaning. Regardless of how routine it may be for the office, SDF is a big deal for young kids — it’s uncomfortable (large bite guards, very unpleasant taste, no sedation), and now our child has lost trust in the dentist office and gets anxious for routine cleanings. To make matters worse, SDF isn’t covered by insurance — meaning the $50–$100 out of pocket per attempt only compounded our regret. For management, we’d strongly recommend not rushing parents into this choice the day of a cleaning. Emailing a short video of the procedure along with a simple one-page overview of all options would go a long way. Knowing what we know now, we would have chosen traditional fluoride (covered by insurance and far less invasive) until a crown with laughing gas made sense.

I’ve gone to 2 other pediatrics dentist and this is by far the best place ever!!! The staff is so nice, patient and empathetic to every child. I’m always greeted with a smile from everyone in the office. My kids are not fans of the dentist, as most aren’t, but they have quickly become comfortable thanks to the attention and patience of the staff.

I understand the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I also more than understand the negative reviews. We have stuck with this place, but I have to say that there’s a lot of truth to the negative comments. My youngest daughter was crying on the way there, begging me to just stay in the room with her during her cleaning. Fortunately, I had read the reviews. I still got a ton of attitude from the hygienist when I asked to come back with her (I have older kids and never asked to come in - I stay in the waiting room), and had to insist that I would be in the room. Look at one of the reviews: the response from owner was “we always welcome parents in the room?” But still with the attitude. It’s not like I’m there giving a running commentary. I will also say that I’ve met most dentists who have been fine for the most part, but Dr. Bollo interrupted me and spoke over me multiple times during consultation. It was extremely condescending and disrespectful. I was told my daughter would need multiple cavities filled. I obtained not only a second, but also a third opinion (during which they got x-rays that they were unable to get for her at Brush): no, she doesn’t need the cavities filled. One more thing: I was actually told that if I don’t confirm my appointment digitally, they will cancel the appointment? Like what? You make the appointment but you have to confirm it. It’s not honored? Yeah, OK.
