This was our child’s first dental appointment ever and we had an exceptional experience! The staff at Brush made us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door. They were ready for us right on time, and the environment was comfortable, clean, and professional. Dr. Bollow gave us expert-level care while also maintaining such a kind, genuine demeanor that put our child at ease. We couldn’t have asked for a more positive first visit!

We love Brush! When my daughter had an injury to her mouth they were so quick to offer immediate care to her. They made her (and me :) feel calm the entire time. They walked us through everything and went above and beyond in the care they provided us. We are so grateful to Dr. Albert, Dr. Pulli and Dr. Bollow for all they have done for us. There are some great pediatric dentists in the area but if you want the top care and attention to detail for your kids, Brush is the absolute best.

So thankful for Dr. Alexa Pulli and the team at Brush. Called with an emergency broken tooth for my son and they had him in the chair being seen within the hour. Referred me to an endodontist who had the tooth repaired within 3 hours. Dr. Alexa was calming and reassuring the entire time. Wonderful dentist!

Our first visit was great, but the second visit I won’t be bringing my kid back. I didn’t find it appropriate to hold a 3 year old down and traumatize them when they’re afraid, nor would I let a complete stranger hold my child down either. I was asked several times to
Hold her down and the dentist telling me it’s normal they get mad. It also causes medical
Trauma and makes it a lot harder for the parent to bring the kid back for cleanings. I came here for the bedside manner and this practice no longer aligns with that. Told me my kids mouth looks great but yet let’s make sure we hold her down kicking and screaming to scrap her teeth and be sure?
In response to the owners inappropriate reply, I just want to be transparent and clear that my child did allow her to examine her mouth, but not to use a tool, and then, including corning her with that tool in the office was incredibly inappropriate. She refuses to go back to the dentist now I’ve already checked with other practices in the area and this is not their technique.
Please be cautious going to this office and leaving your child alone with them. I have reviewed other reviews regarding this office as well now and this seems to be an ongoing issue.

We started going to Brush when we moved to Oak Brook a couple years ago. Dr. Stephanie Bollow is fantastic and put both of my children (ages 5 and 7) at total ease when they had procedures done. All of the assistants are wonderful as well. Shout out to Paige! Dr Maggie Rizzo is wonderful too. I highly recommend Brush Hinsdale.
