Dr. Kim is incredible. Very patient, kind & professional. For someone who is extremely nervous to have procedures done, Dr. Kim is very understanding and always does an exceptional job. Highly recommend not only Dr. Kim, but the entire team.

The dentist and clinical staff did good work and were perfectly professional. However, the front desk and billing staff are rude and condescending. I found constant, recurring discrepancies in our family's billing, and when I asked for clarification, the staff became defensive and unprofessional. Our entire family has stopped going because of how we were treated by the administrative team.

BE AWARE OF THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES, VERY UNETHICAL!
I went in for a crown replacement and had some benefits left for the plan year. The doctor recommended to redo a couple of old fillings so I can utilize the remaining benefits. I asked how much would my out of pocket be, the doctor went to the front desk and came back with a piece of paper and told me it WOULD NOT cost me more than $50 TOTAL. It turned out they submitted/billed the insurance $300 and sent me a bill for $150. Had I known that my out of pocket will be more than $50 as I was told, I would deny the recommendation as it’s not something I needed to get done. I called the office MULTIPLE times asking to speak with the office manager to get this resolved but was able to reach the front desk staff only. The last front desk staff I spoke with was “Lauren” and she promised to speak with the office manager and that I would get a call back. Till now, they continue to send me the balance but no one cared to reach out to get this resolved.

Truly the best dental facility I’ve been to! I’ve lived in Carol Stream my entire life and am so glad I found this place. The staff are very friendly, educated, helpful, ensure the client is comfortable, and overall the environment is calm and welcoming. Dr. Kim and the dental hygienists were thorough, gentle, and informative. I could also tell the staff seemed to have fun together while working diligently, as if they were just a group of friends working together. The energy is even more positive because of it. I highly recommend giving this location a chance even if you love your dentist.

I always have a good experience in this dental clinic for over a decade.Maribel,my current dental hygienist,has always been professional;courteous;very attentive to your needs and very knowledgeable.Excels in her skills and patient teachings.
