Selling a house is never easy, but Joe and his team really helped make this process go as smoothly as possible. They were so quick to answer any questions. I never felt like I had to hunt them down and see where we were at in the process. All of Joe’s team members are excellent at their jobs and I really valued their expertise. He sold our house for way more than anticipated, and on such a fast timeline. He made buying our new house, such a breeze and helped navigate the complex seller/buyer conversations and negotiations, and I was confident we were being represented accurately to the sellers.
