Dr. Christian is an amazing dentist. He is funny, easy going and very professional. He brings his therapy dog to the office, who is trained well and will bring smile to your face! He will explain the steps during treatment, which helps a lot with stress.

Basia is awesome, and so are all the doctors. The entire team is friendly, truly cares about their patients, and is always on time. Every visit is a great experience from start to finish. Everyone has phenomenal bedside manner, which makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and offers great amenities. Highly recommend!

I am a new patient at the Dentists of Hinsdale Lake office. I was impressed with the modern clean office and the professionalism of all the people I had contact with on my first visit. My dentist Cristian Lofvall, was very pleasant, thorough and answered all my questions. I made the right decision coming to this office.

I was interested in trying this dental clinic since it’s close to my home, and I was told they accept my insurance, which is a very good plan. Unfortunately, there was some confusion at first — they initially said they didn’t take it, but later the billing department confirmed that they actually do.
When I booked my cleaning appointment, I was told it would take one hour, but later they mentioned it would be an hour and a half for new patients. I’m glad I called before going, otherwise I would have shown up without knowing. I asked if I could just do the cleaning first and the diagnostic later, but Jennifer at the front desk said no.
Jennifer was not very flexible or understanding, which made the experience a bit disappointing. I hope they can improve communication and scheduling for future patients, because the clinic seems good otherwise.
During the call, Jennifer kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain, and I honestly felt that her attitude had a bit of a discriminatory tone. She wasn’t very understanding, which made the experience uncomfortable.
However, I decided to reschedule and give the clinic a second chance because it seems like a good place overall. I truly hope the management reads this and considers having friendlier and more respectful staff at the front desk than Jennifer, as that would make a big difference in how patients feel about the clinic.
