Energy Services merged with another company, so my AC maintenance was rescheduled a couple times. Matt Giovannoni came out Friday May 15 after 5pm at the end of his shift because he saw that we had been rescheduled twice and didn’t want it to happen again. Now that’s customer service. He was honest and friendly during the visit. He explained that Energy Services now has a monthly payment plan instead of getting a big charge up front for the AC and furnace tune-up package, which is a much better plan economically for homeowners. Great service from Matt Giovannoni.

Had a complete HVAC system including water heater installed by these guys in February. Jeff , Xavi, Scott and Ryan all went above and beyond and did a fantastic job. Daniel just came out to do the first time AC startup and he was fantastic as well. Nice to know there are still companies out there that care about taking care of their customers. Even more impressive is that the guys doing the actual work care and go above and beyond because they have pride in what they do. Five Stars.

Brian Rainville sounded like he knows what he is talking about. He is sincere and willing to share what he knows. Hope he’ll give me a good quote on a new A/C unit.
Scott is great and very experienced! Both he and Alex installed our A/C. Scott installed our furnace before and did a wonderful job on it, so this time I specifically asked for Scott to install our A/C!
Andrew was friendly and very patient to hear my explanation of the problem. He checked the system thoroughly to make sure there is no other problem. Even though he could not identify the root cause of the original problem, he wanted me to observe some symptoms if the issue happens again in the future which may allow him to solve the issue!

We were given multiple notices of the upcoming appointment. The technician, Daniel was excellent in all respects. He was exactly on time when he said he would be here and he was very thorough in completing the work. When he was finished, everything in the basement was perfectly clean with the lights off and the door is shut. Sometimes in the past technicians have not done that. Overall, Daniel did a terrific job.

Matt did a great job. Kept us apprised of his arrival time. Very good explanation of possible upcoming issues, new plan with energy services and price of a new unit should we need it. Very happy with service. He is friendly and appears to be very knowledgeable. Hard to say what we paid for this particular service as it was prepaid in the fall. New monthly charge 14.95.
