I just had a fantastic visit to Gateway Dental Centre, PC in West Chicago and I can't recommend them highly enough!
From the moment I walked in, the office was exceptionally clean and the entire team was professional and welcoming. The front desk was friendly and got me checked in quickly.
Dr. Dena Spencer is truly an amazing dentist. She is so down-to-earth and laid-back, which immediately puts you at ease. She took her time explaining my dental health plan.She and her Assistant worked wonderfully together.
The cleaning was thorough, yet gentle, and I felt like my questions were listened to and patiently answered. It's clear that Dr. Spencer and the staff genuinely care about your experience and your long-term oral health.

Very nice, informative, professional Dentist. I had a great experience so far as it was my first time going here but I look forward to coming back. I like that they explain thoroughly and make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Deena his a great dentist and person .I went for a cleaning with no appointment but she still did it.and did a fenomanol job.makes u feel very relaxed like u at home.great jobs as always..

I dreaded for days prior, as to whether or not I had made a good decision in picking a new dentist for a past due cleaning. I have now confirmed that it was the right decision for me. Personable, friendly, direct, fast, quick and easy, most of all no pain. I was given sound advice and an explanation as to how I can improve on preventative dental care going forward. Best decision ever!!

I literally just called and this was the weirdest call I’ve ever had to a dentist office. First they picked up and hung up on me without saying a word, no biggy. Called back, there was some weird static on the line and the person on the phone was foreign. I stated I was calling to make an appointment, they asked “first time”, I said yes, they said “do you have insurance” I said yes, they said “what insurance” I said Molina, they repeated “Molina” to verify and I said yes. They said “for a child or you” I said for me, they said “are you over 21” I said yes and they said “we can’t accept you”. EXCUSE ME!!! I just hung up, there’s no need to keep talking I’ll just report this office and go somewhere else.
