Henri has been remarkable from the very beginning. I got lucky when I asked my dental hygienist for a recommendation on a realtor in the Fox Valley... let's just say I will definitely have something to talk about at my next teeth cleaning because Henri is AWESOME.
During my first phone call I already knew he was the guy. Friendly but GENUINELY friendly. He sent us MLS access and listings pretty much immediately. If I wanted to see a home? He'd say when do you want to see it and the next day we were there!
He is SO knowledgeable about homes. If you want someone to unlock the door and let you loose this is not your guy (also, that's a horrible idea) Henri lets you look at everything but he is literally the best GUIDE you could ask for. We would walk up to a home and he's already pointing out how the roof is sagging or that the foundation has shifted away from the driveway... He's explaining why, what that costs to fix... He's NOT trying to sell you a home!!! He doesn't act like a salesman at all.
He is like a walking home encyclopedia, giving you information about everything you see and letting you make the best, and well informed decision you can.
When we knew we found the one... We didn't think we would get it. I had saw it go up the night before and Henri took us first thing the next morning, where we had someone try to come in while we were looking AND we saw a car pull up to look when we were on the way out.
But he knew every trick to help us win. Our offer was squeaky clean and enticing but NOT insane or way over asking...but there were several other offers trying to beat us out, including a cash offer. We started looking at other homes because well.. we weren't getting it, right?
Well....Henri turned into a FIGHTER and a negotiation specialist! He remained perfectly honest and genuine in convincing them that we were the best choice! Nothing crazy... He just convinced them to go with us.
And....WE GOT THE HOME!!!! He called me to tell me the night he found out and I think he had to say "they took our offer"..."we got the house" more than once because I kept saying "...what?" š¤£š¤Æš
Henri also doesn't disappear on you when the home is under contract! He is still readily available and extremely responsive about anything from recommendations on movers/lenders/whoever to talking about inspection results. I love that he's just a text or email away and someone is actually "holding our hand" through this process. He really loves helping people and it shows.
He's just an incredible realtor and person. I'm so glad we got to meet him and work with him. 100% recommend him!!

Working with Henri and having him with me throughout the entire process was a great pleasure. I was a first time home buyer so I really used Henriās vast knowledge to guide me - from the first call I gave him all the way to closing day and even afterwards I feel like I learned so much from him. He is very accessible and to me that was invaluable because I had many questions throughout with this being my first house. His connections are also fantastic and it made the process as stress-free as it couldāve been. I would 100% recommend Henri to anyone looking for a home!

We first met Henri over 11 years ago when we were selling our condo. So this year when we decided to move, we of course contacted Henri. He patiently helped us look for a new home closer to my husband's new job. When we finally found a place, then it was time to list and sell our townhome in Carol Stream. Henri was great. He took professional pictures and made a great listing for us. Our place sold in less than 2 weeks! Henri was there all the way to answer questions and calm nerves. He is always a quick text or phone call away. And when I needed help with some final paperwork right before the closing, He rushed over to help me. Now that is personal service. Henri was referred by a family member and I am glad I went with Henri as my realtor. He is knowledgeable and is clearly aware of the market and trends. He was spot on in estimating my home. Henri is meticulous in his preparation, planning and execution. Because of this we were able to close within the first 48 hours. He also was easily available even though he was on his vacation. He was always in touch and also frequently communicating as to what is going on with showings and offers. I will highly recommend Henri if you are in the market to either sell or buy a home.

I have known Henri for 5 years when he helped me with purchasing my home for my daughter attending dental school. He went over and beyond in finding the perfect place for her time at school. When she finished her education Henri was there to help me sell the house. The process was seamless and he took care of any issues and took care of us as if we were family.
