The service tech was outstanding, and the costs for the repairs were fair and reasonable, even the day after Thanksgiving when many businesses would consider it a holiday! The few questions I had on pricing were immediately and effectively addressed by the owner himself. Talk about service, and "extreme ownership"... well done!
As a long-term client of K&J's for our prior home in Elmhurst, and now for our current home in Wheaton, I'd strongly recommend K&J. Owner Ilan and his highly-capable team are aces!

I've used K&J for years. Professional phone service with readily available appointments. On-site representatives have always been professional, knowledgeable (ready to answer my questions), thorough, and prompt. I purchased my furnace and AC through K&J several years ago, and have had zero problems. Maintenance fees are very reasonable (routine maintenance calls come with a rebate). I'll continue to use them, and suggest you give them a try.

Mat and Sam install my new furnace this morning. They arrived right on time and got right to work. They were gone in 3 hours and spent time answering all my questions clearly. They left with the area around the furnace very clean. They also took away all the parts of the old furnace and debris from installation including the boxes. Highly recommended.

Ilan and the team at K & J Heating & Cooling were wonderful to work with. We just recently purchased a home and were navigating new territory when our furnace unfortunately went out this past fall. Based on the age and the issue, it was recommended that a new HVAC system was purchased. K&J were responsive, professional, and very thorough throughout the entirety of the process. Ilan was always available via text and phone call to explain everything in detail and put us at ease with the decision. They showed us all of the components and made sure we knew what was happening in order to make an informed decision. Our new Trane furnace has been working exceptionally well, and we are so thankful for Ilan and the team at K & J cooling.
