Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office is super clean, modern, and calming — it really helps take away any nerves. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout my visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients, not just rushing through appointments. I Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly atmosphere.

I needed an appointment as soon as possible. I called they were booked, but squeezed me in. Smooth process from beginning to end. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. They explained the teeth treatments necessary and made upcoming appointments as well as working with my insurance. I definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

The dentist and staff WERE amazing. We went here for years and brought families over with us. Unfortunately they will not notify you when they fall out of network with your insurance. We went here for years and they fell out of network in March because they did not renew but still did work on our family in late March knowing they were out of network. This caused increased cost in the dental work that was being done. They notified us by calling and asking for a large payment due to the out of network costs which we had no idea. We were in network in February but not as of March. Everytime I called to try and settle the payment and work out the network issue they never "remembered" and had to call me back, but NEVER WOULD. I called for weeks asking them to let me know if they would be in network again, if not that was fine but please let me know so I can find a new dentist. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because the staff was great with our whole family. They never called back, but today they call to confirm an appointment we made 6 months ago when we were still in network. I had to ask them again if they were going back in network and they finally said no. Why would you even call me at this point. You are not keeping good records of your patients. Point is, they will not let you know when they fall out of network. If you are in network check EVERY TIME before you go because they won't tell you.

I should've read the reviews first. I made an appointment for my kids weeks ago in anticipation for school starting. They called to confirm the day before then an hour and half before our appointment called to say "the doctor wants to compress his schedule and won't see us". I told her my older daughter at least need to be seen she starts school Wednesday. She said "well he won't see you you can come another day". It would be one thing if she said the doctor was sick or injured but no the doctor just wants people off the schedule. How incredibly unprofessional! Why would I risk booking another appointment if the doctor might just decide he doesn't want to see his patients that day again. My children's have always gone to 1st family dental since toddlers but we recently moved to Roselle so I thought it would be more convenient for me to find closer options. I was sadly mistaken. You wasted my time and inconvenience me as a mother.
