I recently had my heating and cooling system serviced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the customer service team was polite, attentive, and happy to answer my questions. They were able to book us in sooner than expected, which was a huge help during a week of fluctuating temperatures.
Ricky and Chris arrived right on time, in a clean uniform, and took care to protect my floors with shoe covers. He clearly explained each step of the inspection.
What impressed me most was their honesty—no unnecessary upselling, just straightforward recommendations. The pricing was fair, transparent, and exactly as quoted.
Overall: Professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I’ll gladly use their services again and recommend them to anyone in need of quality heating and cooling care.

Highly recommend setting up a family plan with Leslie Heating & Cooling. They reached out to schedule our maintenance appointment, which made everything easy right from the start.
Jim Hamilton, who has serviced us before, arrived on time and explained the issues we were facing in a clear, easy to understand way. He walked us through what was going on and showed us exactly what we were working with. Unfortunately, we needed to replace our electric heating and cooling system.
Within the hour, Jim connected us with Chris Hlavac, who quickly came out to take measurements and explain our options, payment plans, and available discounts so we could move forward without breaking the bank. Leslie also handled all city permits and coordinated directly with our HOA, which saved us a huge headache.
Less than 24 hours later, the installation team of Peter Kobylarczyk, Anthony Herrera, and Daniel Salazar arrived and were fast, clean, and professional. They took great care to protect our space and explained everything along the way.

Our heat went out on a Sunday. We called Leslie Heating immediately and our technician, Jim Hamilton, came out in less than 30 minutes. He was thorough and helpful in addressing the problem and provided honest suggestions on how to improve our furnace and heating system. We will definitely use them again for future HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
