MAS Plumbing Inc. is a extremelty high quality professional company. Everything from booking the appointment next day to finishing the job on time and with outstanding quality for a reasonable price. In fact when Frank found out I was a teacher he gave me a teacher discount without me asking. How cool is that these days? The receptionist was fanstastic and worked magic to get the work scheduled as my wife and I were out of a toliet in a one bathroom ranch. Frank, the plumber that did the job was thoughtful, knowledgeable, experiance and completed the job sucessfully in less time than was scheduled. I can't say enough postive things about this company and the way they do business. I do want to add a side note - Frank was able to come in a fix the problem for a very fair price (a few hundred dollars) compared to MR. ROOTERS scam bid of 12k to fix a non existant problem. They are the exact opposite of MAS Plumbing. You can trust MAS and these days that is important and they definately earn the A+ BBB rating. It was a life changing service performed in a professional and timely manner. I could not ask for more except maybe more stars to show my gratitude;)
Update - I just wanted to post a couple pictures of Frank's outstanding work. There are two. One is a nicely cleaned and fully funtional sewer end cap. The other is an expert addition of a PVC insert to insure that will allow the toilet to seat correctly. Work that was definitely"Done Right".
REVIEW UPDATE: Frank The Plumber Saves the Day Again!
"I’m updating my previous review because 'Frank The Plumber' (as he's listed in my phone) just came out for some additional work, and I finally got to meet him in person! He’s the same guy who completely saved the day by fixing my toilet previously, and he remains absolute gold.
I was actually expecting someone much older, as he is a rather young man—but do NOT let that fool you. This man is a true pro, and it turns out he’s a second-generation plumber following in his father’s footsteps. That old-school work ethic shines right through. From little things like taking off his shoes out of respect for our home, to being incredibly personable and 100% upfront about everything, his customer service is unmatched.
On this visit, he knocked out a whole checklist: he fixed an outside spigot and completely redid the internals, replaced a couple of valves on my bathroom sink, and even cleaned out my garbage disposal to fully show my wife that the unit itself is actually fine—just a few things stuck inside! As the saying goes: Happy wife, happy life!
(Note on the photos I'm posting: they don't do drywall repair, so the wall might look a bit open right now, but the plumbing work itself was and is completely exceptional).
Frank is officially our go-to guy for life. Honest, high-integrity, and highly recommended!"

I needed a plumber to replace 3 valves that were leaking gas in my home. I first called one of those plumbing companies that have commercials running all the time. My first disappointment was not being able to speak with a live person, and the appointment was made by AI. I wasn't able to get pricing information prior to the service call. When someone came out, I was quoted $3,258 for replacing 3 leaky valves, and he was more concerned about trying to sell me the different plans they offer. I then searched for a local plumber and found MAS Plumbing. I liked that they were a family owned company, and the person I spoke with was very friendly with great communication on the timing of the plumber's arrival time. I was told their rate up front and a coupon was e-mailed to me to apply. Two plumbers showed up who were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. They were done in less than an hour and my bill total was $342 - a huge difference from the first place! Nicor came to check on the work done, and they did a great job with no gas detected. I would highly recommend MAS Plumbing for your plumbing needs. I received great service from start to finish with a fair price.

I had an ejector pump replaced. MAS uses quality pumps and fixtures. The work was done fast once the plumber got to the house. The cost was slightly lower than two other plumber estimates I received. Tiffany, the office coordinator, was professional and responsive. The plumber was 1.5 hours late and did not seal the lid of the ejector pit. MAS sent out another plumber the next day to remedy that situation. I am happy with the plumbing work but the clean up afterwards was lacking. See photos of black residue on floor around ejector pit lid. If they had cleaned up the area around the pump better then I would have rated the service as 5 stars. The new pump is working great and relatively quiet.

Outstanding work by the plumbing crew! They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. The team worked together extremely well, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything was completed correctly and cleanly. They were respectful, dependable, and clearly take pride in their work. I’m extremely impressed with the quality of the job and would highly recommend this plumbing crew to anyone looking for excellent service. Great job, team!

Ron you guys took my calll of a leaking pipe from the main water and despatch response was fast Jason tackled the pipe review the job as he was driving to the job and cap the pipe review and we had service in the apartment in a few hours I always call this company never had a guys that ever ran into any problem they no what they doing screw the price it’s a peace of mine it’s fix right( then about I think I get a break my hot water tank started to leak at my house as soon as I call in a half hour window they had a new tank on to the job site as Eric was installing he found a pipe that any time it would of started a leak maybe not that day but one day if I’m not home owners nightmare great company f the money sleep easy no worries
