First time going here due to insurance change. I really want to give them 5 stars because everything about the office and Dr I saw was great. Until I got the bill. I have an HMO but they insisted I didn't need a referral. I did have one though. They keep billing me too. Anywhere from $150-$180. I paid my co payment. That should be it. I've called my insurance company and medical group and they say bill is paid in full. Be aware of sketchy billing. Sorry I won't be going back because of this.

Dr. Nour AL-Hadidi is great!! But i also wanted to let everyone know, that Cara is also GREAT!! She always been caring nice works on information that my husband has needed. This place is great.

Stephanie is absolutely the best. She removed my mole in the first appointment, so I didn’t have to go back again. I also didn’t realize when my mole was removed; she was pretty quick!! Happy that I booked my appointment with her. Was totally worth it driving all the way from the city.

Everyone here is super friendly and great! Their online portal to schedule appointments is super helpful. Dr. Al-Hadidi has been a great help with my acne.

Dr. Al-Hadidi has seen both my daughters. One daughter was misdiagnosed at the ER even with my presistance to culture the skin. Oak Dermatology office staff was so amazing to get my daughter seen quickly post ER visit (within 48hours due to the weekend). Dr Al Hadidi was able to quickly diagnose the skin condition and recommend treatment. I have also seen her for skin checks and she has been extremely knowledgeable and provides treatment options. Highly recommend Dr. H and the office.
