We’ve always had really great experiences with OneStop Pros. They are always quick to come out and can seem to handle anything we throw at them. Nothing is too silly for them or too big…they are always happy to help. Today they help us to fix our kitchen sink faucet. Not an urgent issue but they treated it that way which I really appreciated. My 20+ year-old HVAC system was in need of replacement, especially after the furnace broke this winter. I reached out to Robert, who not only offered a fair price for a new Trane system but also led a team of dedicated professionals-Jeromy, Frank, and Caleb. Their excellent job included installing the new system and updating the GFCI outlet as per city safety regulations. One Stop even assisted in obtaining an HVAC installation permit from the city.
If something goes wrong with the installation, One Stop Pro will quickly correct it and fix the issue. My installation experience with One Stop Pro made me feel valued as a customer, and I plan to contact them next time I need plumbing, electrical, or HVAC repair.

Jeromy was great! He was prompt and courteous. As he came into our home, he had shoe coverings that he put on especially given that it was raining outside. He looked at all possible areas/parts of problem described. He shared some simple to follow preventative maintenance. The excellent service exceeded my expectations, so needless to say, we will be using OneStop Pro for our future plumbing needs!

I called around 8 AM seeking help with my furnace, which would ignite and then shut off. Robert arrived quickly, identified the problem, and not only fixed the main issue but also addressed a couple of potential problems.

18 Dec 2024 - Had Jeremy back to check on humidifier, identified the issue and fixed, taught me how and when to change out the humidifier filter. Will always call and recommend one stop pro
Tech Jeremy was professional, listened to me, evaluated problem and recommended a solution. They were on-time and kept me informed sending a pic so i would know the tech. Highly reccomend
Had Jeremy back to do more work, added a blower to assist ac to second floor and replaced metal work after completion of asbestos clean up. Always professional, will be using them again
