I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share this.
I recently had to find a new dentist because my regular dentist moved to LA. I tried another place first, and honestly… it wasn’t great. They felt pretty clueless, didn’t explain things clearly, and didn’t really answer my questions.
Then I came to Right Choice and met Dr. Patel — she’s amazing. The whole team is super friendly, punctual, and really knows what they’re doing. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, and I never felt rushed or confused.
I had a deep cleaning done and it was a surprisingly great experience — huge shoutout to Jessica (the hygienist). She was so gentle, kept checking in to make sure I wasn’t in pain, and walked me through everything end-to-end.
I’ve been to a lot of dental offices, and this has genuinely been one of my best experiences. As long as I’m in Chicago / in this area, I’m definitely coming back here. I’m even considering Invisalign now just because their service has been that good.

We always have a great experience with Right Choice Dental, and they’re always so helpful whenever we have an orthodontic “emergency” (such as a popped bracket or wire). Last night my daughter’s wire came loose and I texted them right away - they were able to fit her in first thing the next morning for a repair. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been coming to this dental office for over 8 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. The staff has always been professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They make every visit comfortable and stress-free from cleanings to more detailed procedures. I truly appreciate how they take the time to explain everything and make sure I’m always at ease. The dentist Dr.Pinal Patel was highly skilled, explaining each step of the procedure with patience and care. My tooth filling was done smoothly, with minimal discomfort, and my teeth feel incredibly clean after the session.
