Highly recommend Russ’s Plumbing! Angela made scheduling super easy and was really helpful the whole way through. Russ came out right away to check things out and took the time to explain what he thought was going on—he even nailed the issue before opening anything up, which says a lot about his experience.
Angela got us on the schedule quickly, and Mike and his partner showed up right on time. They worked efficiently, were very professional, and honestly went above and beyond to fix the problem without adding unnecessary costs. At one point, Mike ran into a snag and tried a few different approaches just to avoid charging us more, which we really appreciated.
They were only here a few hours, but kept us in the loop the entire time and walked us through everything at the end. And they cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even know they’d been there.
It’s clear they really care about their work and their customers. We’re super impressed with this local, family-owned business and will definitely be calling them again in the future. What could’ve been a stressful repair turned into a smooth, positive experience. Thank you!

Russ’s Plumbing is fantastic! My 87 year-old Dad was having an issue with water in his basement. I called Russ‘s plumbing In the late afternoon and left a message. I received a text message from Angela later that evening and we coordinated having someone go to my dad‘s the next afternoon. The problem was fixed in one hour! Mike was great. He kept me updated and was so kind to my Dad.
Could not have asked for better service. The price was great too!

I had a leak in my lead service line that was bringing water into my basement. Lombard Public Works referred me to Russ’s and I’m glad they did, as they did a fantastic job replacing my lead with copper, updating my valves and sewer clean out. Russ and his crew/family are thorough, experienced, and the nicest folks you’ll meet. Angela in the office did a great job quickly coordinating all the paperwork, permits, and communication, and from estimate to completed job was only 3.5 days (with a day and a half permit wait). Thanks so much Russ and family!

Definitely a great company to have on your side! I've worked with this company twice now, one the other day for a sanitary sewer cleanout and several years back for a new water line.
Both times were great experiences, and every one from Angela in the office to John and Kyle in the field have been awesome.
They're very resposive, confirmed their dates, called ahead, and arrived in the window we originally planned for. Even if they were late I would have understood, this is the type of work where they can run into unexpected conditions or situations.

I contacted Russ’s Plumbing for a quote after a negative experience with another plumber. I was very impressed with their communication from the initial quote to the end of the two projects they completed for me.
The worked was completed quickly and within their quote! The crews were professional and very polite. They did a good job of cleaning up after the work was completed.
I would highly recommend them for any plumbing projects you may need completed!
