Dr. Jham was incredibly astounding in my son’s journey with the implementation of his phase 1 with braces. From the very first day of meeting him for the consultation to the day the braces were taken off, Dr. Jham and his staff were very thorough, professional and knowledgeable with Noah’s care. The results were AMAZING and all the issues that were present before the braces are all taken care now. I would definitely trust Dr. Jham and his team to care for any of my kids future dental work.
Thank you too to Esmeralda who is a very diligent, skilled and wonderful person, we had the pleasure of always having her treat Noah throughout his whole journey with his braces.

Amazing dental and orthodontic office! The staff is always so kind, patient, and welcoming. They are especially great with my daughters and always make her feel comfortable during her visits. We’ve had such a positive experience here and highly recommend them!

I am incredibly disappointed with how this office handled billing and insurance for my 17-year-old son's treatment today.I gave consent for him to have a filling, only to receive a phone call from the office during his appointment demanding payment in full. They claimed my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) never responded to their pre-estimate claim.
Because of this, my son paid them the full amount. To make matters worse, they took advantage of a teenager's inexperience and failed to even give him a paper receipt. I had to call the office myself just to demand proof of payment.When I checked my mail today, I found a physical letter from BCBS showing that the pre-estimate had been approved with full coverage (minus our deductible) 20 days ago. I immediately called BCBS, and they confirmed that while they mail paper letters to patients, providers must check the dedicated provider portal. The approval was available to the office online the exact same day my letter was sent.This experience taught me two things about this office: they do not do their job to check insurance portals before demanding money, and they will exploit a teenager's lack of experience by taking a large payment without providing a receipt. I have never experienced this level of poor administrative work with any other dental office.

Star Smiles has been our dentist since my older son was 2. They are friendly and accommodating. My youngest is autistic so they are patient with him. He also doesn’t just go with anyone but he loves them. Thank you Star Smiles team for being accommodating and overall a fantastic dental team.

This office understands kids! They move quickly and explain every step to the patient. Kids understand what is happening every step of treatment. Took 2 of my boys for fillings and they felt comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend
